At FOL.sale, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible.

We ship Fountain of Life products for personal consumption to most countries (some countries may not apply). As a general rule, delivery of product can require up to 3 weeks from when the order is placed.

Please ensure a complete residential/business address including any apartment/unit number, city, state, country, postal code and mobile number at the time of your product order.

Any change of delivery address after the order has been completed will be subject to a $15 admin fee and if the new destination is in a different country international pricing may apply. All orders are delivered by our authorized courier and requires a recipient signature on delivery. Should you, the customer, sign any authorized courier notice (door knocker), giving permission to leave the shipment at the front door, we will not be responsible in the event the shipment or part of it is missing or damaged. We will not be responsible for any non-collection of delivered products (Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Air China or any other local couriers).

The progress of your shipment and a tracking number is provided in your account dashboard under MY ORDERS and a copy is directly sent to your email address on file.

Free Delivery

All orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL/Canada Post. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery depending on your location. For Free Shipping, there is a 24 hour cancellation and refund grace period, after which orders will be processed and no cancellations and refunds will be entertained.

Express Delivery

Self Clearing Delivery

This means all charges being applied to the package by customs for clearance (duties/taxes/vat charges) will be paid by the customer and we have no jurisdiction in this matter since Customs is their own entity in each country and can hold, reject or confiscate any package for examination as long as they choose to. We will try to encourage the process to be expedited, however, we cannot control the length of time they may take. Follow your tracking number as it will advise the estimated time of arrival. Please note that if the package is held for pick up at a location, it is a 5 business day hold. If the shipment is not collected within the time frame, it will be returned to the manufacturer where you will be charged the return shipping fees.

Note:

We cannot ship to any of the listed countries. Our shipments will not clear customs and will be rejected at the border. The shipments will be returned or destroyed. This list is based on countries with previous experiences of shipping. There may be other countries that will be added to the list as we grow and expand.

Errors

If the customer realizes that there is an error on the shipping information, he/she must contact the product department before the order is processed (within 24 hrs) by email to [email protected] and clarify the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping details that are incorrectly supplied by the customer. Redirecting charges apply.

Once a shipment leaves the plant with an incorrect address, there is a minimum admin fee applied to all shipments that need to be redirected. Should a shipment be returned to the manufacturer it will automatically be considered UNDELIVERABLE until further investigations are done, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs related  to re-route and re-ship of the package if applicable.

Not Available

Shipping to P.O. Boxes are not available as all packages require a signature for proof of delivery. Please ensure a complete residential/business address including any apartment/unit # at the time of product order.
